'Tis the season of candy corn, caramels, and chocolate galore, but this Halloween we're satisfying more than just our sweet tooth. We've rounded up our favorite Halloween-themed recipes that will entertain the kids and adults at your table, and deliver some nutrition to your All Hallows' Eve diet. Two of them are currently available to order our our menu! And for those who've gotten a head start on pumpkin picking, we've tossed in a few of our best dishes featuring pumpkin below.

halloween recipes Monster Meatballs with Charred Green BeansThese oversized turkey meatballs stay light and fluffy with the addition of plenty of Parmesan. Just be sure to reserve some for garnish! Served on top of toasted ciabatta rolls and alongside some quickly charred green beans, this dinner has family fun written all over it.

Halloween Recipes Beef and Parsnip GHOULash with Caraway SpaetzleGoulash & Spaetzle may sound like the name of an Eastern European pop music duo, but it’s actually a classic combination of ground beef and homemade noodles. Spaetzle is so easy to make, you’ll wonder why you haven’t before, and flavorful ground beef is seasoned with paprika for that signature Hungarian flavor. It’s perfect (and spooky!) for chilly Halloween season!

Halloween RecipesSausage Mummies Resting in PeasWe couldn’t resist this twist on pigs in a blanket. Brooklyn Cured’s smoked beef sausages get the mummification treatment with prepared puff pastry. Don’t skip the egg wash, it gives the pastry sheen, but it also helps it stick together during wrapping. Creamy peas and spinach are a mellow complement to the savory sausages.

Baked Pumpkin Pasta Baked Pumpkin PastaWe swirled pumpkin purée into the tomato sauce for sweetness and a velvety texture. Baked in the oven with mozzarella until bubbly and golden and then topped with fresh basil, this pasta dish is a crowd-pleaser.

Pumpkin Soup Pumpkin Soup with Toasted FlatbreadFor this one we combined a can of pumpkin, curry powder, onion, and ginger to make a creamy base for tender red lentils. A dollop of yogurt and some roasted salted cashews make it taste great and look pretty while warm naan is the perfect vehicle for scraping the bottom of the bowl.

Roasted Squash and Mozzarella Salad Roasted Squash Salad with Fresh Mozzarella and Pumpkin Seeds This one is all about the seeds. Sweet roasted squash, slightly bitter dandelion greens and creamy mozzarella are a perfect combination. We used one of our #smartcooking secrets and made an infused oil to drizzle over the top using fennel and pumpkin seeds for nutty depth and a delicate crunch. Be sure to give the mozzarella an extra little hit of salt and pepper just before serving to perk up its flavor.
