A perfectly cooked soft egg is one of our favorite additions to a lighter meal like a spring salad. We also love it in a warm bowl of ramen, or on top of some avocado toast, or simply on its own.
The best part? It’s so quick and simple to make. Here’s how:
Fill a small saucepan with cold water. Carefully place your eggs inside (the water should cover the eggs by ½ inch). Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 2 minutes. Remove the eggs and run under cold water, then carefully peel off shells, and enjoy!
